After retiring from the Indian Army, Keshav Patil began a new chapter by founding this company. Construction was a new professional direction, driven by a need he recognised in the market: faster building methods that could use resources more carefully.
That need led him to prefabricated construction and steel structures. He saw an opportunity to reduce dependence on lengthy, labour-intensive site work and offer a more planned approach to building.
